Care Assistant - Bank - Care Home

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be responsible for helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This involves assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and sharing meaningful moments and memories with the residents. The role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on a casual, part-time basis. Each day will vary, offering a variety of tasks ranging from supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, to spending one-on-one time with residents. To qualify for this position, some prior experience in caring for older people is necessary, as is a compassionate nature and excellent communication skills.
