Main duties of the job
Purpose
A key member of the Leadership Team, the Business Manager will provide strong operational, strategic and people leadership across the organisation. Embracing financial responsibility, including business planning, budget setting and operational resource management requiring high levels of financial acumen.
Responsible for initiating, developing and articulating the visions of the Partnership Team and ensuring that they are brought to fruition. Utilising skills of persuasion and direction to ensure that the business of the practice is carried forward efficiently. Support the Partners in reaching clear decisions and maintaining focus on agreed actions, ensuring momentum is sustained and unnecessary revisiting of decisions is avoided.
The opportunity for further personal development will be given to develop skills in line with both business and professional needs.
