We are seeking confident and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to provide overnight 1:1 support for a young boy in Accrington.
He lives at home with his family and requires a reliable, attentive, and caring team member to support him throughout the night with personal care, repositioning, and clinical needs.
His family are looking for someone confident, warm, and trustworthy, who can bring a calm and reassuring presence to his care.
This is a highly rewarding role for someone patient, dedicated, and supportive, committed to ensuring his safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.

What Youll Need
3 months care experience
Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
Clear communication skills

Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
Person specification
Experience
- Daily chest physio/clearance
- Assist with personal care.
- Assist with position monitoring.
- Suction as & when required.
- Female only
