Home Visits
Deal with medication queries, review blood test/radiology results
Participate in Prescribing LECES, attendance at GSF meetings, collaborative meetings

Our practice list size is 7900.
Two ANPs, 3 Part Time Practice Nurses and a HCA

Excellent support staff
Close working with allied Health professionals such as district nursing team, HB funded pharmacist, physiotherapist, social prescrib
We actively engage in cluster working and the practice is a member of the South Wrexham
Supportive environment with regular clinical meetings

Gardden Road surgery is looking to recruit two Part Time salaried GPs with a view to Partnership. We are a friendly, forward thinking, proactive and innovative practice who are looking to recruit likeminded individuals. The practice is committed to providing our registered patients with the best possible care whilst supporting sta by creating a healthy work/life balance.
