  • Participate in duty doctor/on-call rota as agreed

  • Contribute to QOF achievement and other quality initiatives

  • Support the training and development of staff, including medical students and GP trainees

  • Attend and contribute to clinical and practice meetings

Requirements

  • Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise

  • On the NHS England GP Performers List

  • Commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Flexible and adaptable approach

Start date:July/August 2026 (earlier start can be discussed)

About Us

Parklands Surgery is a well-established, busy GP practice located in the centre of Chichester. We are a supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking team committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Our multidisciplinary team currently includes:

  • 3 GP Partners

  • 3 Salaried Doctors

  • 1 GP Registrar

  • 6 Nurses

  • 2 Paramedics

  • 3 Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)

We also have a strong administrative and management team to support clinical staff.

The Practice uses TPP SystmOne clinical software.

The Role

We are seeking a Salaried GP to join our practice for a minimum of six sessions per week. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care, working collaboratively with the wider practice team to meet the needs of our diverse patient population.
