Job title: Pharmacist Number of vacancies: 4 Location: Workington, CA14 Salary: Approximately £45,000–£55,000 per annum Employment type: Full-time Visa sponsorship: Available Recruitment agency: Rapid Healthcare Ltd Key responsibilities Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely in accordance with legal and professional requirements. Provide patients with appropriate advice on medicines, dosage, side effects and safe use. Support the delivery of NHS and community pharmacy services. Maintain accurate dispensing records and ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures. Promote patient safety, confidentiality and high standards of professional practice. Work collaboratively with pharmacy colleagues and other healthcare professionals. Support the effective day-to-day operation of the pharmacy. Requirements A recognised pharmacy qualification that meets UK registration requirements. Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), or eligibility to obtain registration where applicable. Good communication and patient-care skills. A professional, responsible approach to dispensing and medicines management. The ability to work effectively as part of a community pharmacy team. Willingness to work in Workington, Cumbria.
