FTRS(HC) PSWO is the full time member of staff responsible for day-to-day running of Nottinghamshire Band RE, an ARes Band with a Workforce Requirement of 34x personnel. Responsibilities include: 1. Management of Band routine business including: MS; Engagement Contracts (CLOD); FINCATs 2-5; property; library; recruitment; retention; downgraded personnel and PAPMIS; musician CEQs; ITRs; and CoE.
