Agincare is experiencing rapid growth, and with that comes exciting opportunities to strengthen our support teams.Were now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Assistant to join our busy finance department and help deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services.
About the RoleReporting directly to the Head of Payroll, youll be responsible for processing your own payrolls from start to finish and supporting wider payroll projects.Youll work closely with senior payroll colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of payroll operations, ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for assigned payrolls
- Support project-based work with senior payroll colleagues
- Assist with third-party reporting including Nest, HMRC, Court Orders, and Office of National Statistics
- Respond to payroll queries with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide key payroll data as needed
- Help maintain and improve payroll processes and documentation
Were seeking someone with:
- Payroll experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with IT systems
- A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing demands
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team

Qualifications
- Payroll experience is desirable but not essential. Strong Excel skills and confidence with IT systems. A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing demands.
