Domiciliary Care Assistant - No Sponsorship

About the Role Plan-It Homecare Ltd is seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes across Kenilworth and surrounding areas of Warwickshire. This role involves travelling between clients' homes to provide personal care and practical assistance, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Please note: This is a care role, not a driving-only position. Applicants must be able to drive and travel between clients' homes using their own vehicle. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and support in accordance with each client's individual care plan. Assist clients with daily living activities, including washing, dressing and personal hygiene. Support clients with meal preparation, nutrition and hydration. Assist with mobility and safe movement where required. Provide companionship and emotional support. Support clients with medication in accordance with their care plans, training and company procedures. Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Respect clients' dignity, privacy, independence and confidentiality. Travel between clients' homes to deliver scheduled care visits. Essential Requirements Applicants must meet all the following requirements: Have Right to work in the UK Hold a full, valid UK driving licence. Have access to their own reliable car for work. Be confident driving between clients' homes across Kenilworth and surrounding areas of Warwickshire. Be compassionate, patient, reliable and committed to providing quality care. Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Be willing to undertake mandatory training and required pre-employment checks. Be able to work flexibly, including weekends and split shifts where required. Previous experience in domiciliary care is desirable.
