Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Hospital Director, the TSM is a key member of the Senior Management Team with full accountability for inpatient and day care therapy services. This role is integral to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while driving service performance, innovation, and growth.

Job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Therapy Services Manager (TSM) to lead and develop our therapy provision across Priory Hospital Bristol and Bristol Park Clinic 37.5 hours per week

Requirements
- Essential:
- A strong understanding of statutory regulations, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement. Proven leadership and decision-making skills are essential, alongside a proactive, forward-thinking and creative approach. Candidates must demonstrate sound commercial awareness in managing team cost and income performance, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of integrity and professional boundaries.
- Desirable:
- A recognised post-registration qualification, professional accreditation or membership, and a clear commitment to ongoing continuous professional development (CPD).
